NAIF loans are NOT available for general spending though. I think you are being a bit optimistic about what those funds - if indeed they are destined for AUZ - can be used for. They are for very specific expenditure. Someone please correct me if I am wrong here. It's an infrastructure fund not for ordering bits of plant.
