Read company announcement. They are talking to many parties and very hopeful that everything will be done in second quarter. You guys just keep repeating that there is delay in getting the BFS and now finance. Has any other company got their BFS checked by banks before releasing? Has any other company given an estimated date when they will finalise the finance?
In my opinion they are expecting SKI to stick with Feb deadline for $80M. Otherwise they wouldn't have got rid of Bergen. So if you wait, you will see. AUZ is not one of those desperate companies which need Bergen support. They can manage their own finance. They managed to raise money @8cents year before last year. That was pre SKI, pre extra drilling, pre NAIF and pre so many other achievements.
