Have anyone read PGM's (Owendale project is a neighbor with Sunrise and Flemmington) announcement?

According to the annoucement, they probably focus on Scandium or they can sell their poject to neighbors (CLQ or AUZ; it could be CLQ according to my guess).
I make a post here without intention ramping. Just update the news
