Could there be a scenario where the BFS was finalised and submitted to financiers... without the BFS being released to the market? Just considering the option of two announcements, one being the BFS and another stating the financing of Sconi; being released simultaneously.. an ideal scenario for those who have bought in already. Thoughts?
