IMO it is this uncertainty regarding the samples that is causing the SP to do what it is doing. I read an much earlier post where the contributor stated that " no news is good news". I would have to disagree. In regards to these samples, no news is a " death of a thousand cuts". It should be one of the first questions asked at the AGM. If I was on that side of the country, I would ask it myself.
IMO it is this uncertainty regarding the samples that is causing...
