No, it means the reserves COULD increase by a factor of 2, 5 or 10 or whatever! Who knows till its drilled and jorc figures are released.
But the potential is obviously high so yes the SP should go skywards once the permit applications are approved in the New Year. And once the drill rigs start turning, watch out for FOMO.
