Are you trying to imply that a plant at Sconi will be up and running in 2019?
Some facts here:-
No Engineering firm engaged yet
No FEED (Front End Engineering design) carried out yet
As such no detailed design
As such no long lead items ordered yet such as claves, Scrubbers (Mills) , Crushers , CCD's , Acid Plant and Positive Displacement Pumps to feed claves .
Contrary to popular belief the demo plant when they say scaleable means in a process sense not design. Look at the demo plant no flash tanks and pre-heaters on clave as an example.
Give them a chance to get not only samples from demo plant but also knowledge for a detailed design.
Plants like these take a min of two years to build and 2 years to ramp up at best.
The BFS must have the increased tonnage, indicated by BB, of cobalt and nickel sulphate to be viable.
