Couple of things to worry about when taking on said partners, GXY on first attempt built Mt Caitlin Spod plant at Ravensthorpe and Lithium Carbonate in China at same time, took on Chinese backing , fell on hard times very early (not enough CAPEX) and Chinese took Carbonate plant (thats where all the money is made) then GXY Mt Caitlin processing plant shutdown for a few years
Karara Iron Ore plant, that GBG built ran out of cash got Chinese partner who now basically own plant, GBG are there in name only no profits attributed to them.
I know this as I was a GXY shareholder at time and also on project team for first build in 2010 and also still am a GBG shareholder (and suffering but there is always a future with GBG Mt Gunson hopefully)
