I would say that Worksafe WA would have had to sign off on this installation and approval to operate.
In ann operation of plant was commenced at end of March. As to this meaning wet commissioning or full operation this was not stated. There are pictures in Qtyly Activities report of sampling done at all stages of operation including final product. This would not be BS pictures or statements as the ASX would be impose a penalty for incorrect information.
As to the meeting spec that is what we are waiting for, as mbot said yesterday, and I agree with the statement, they are probably doing adjustments for meeting full specs. The whole way thru the process is chemistry to get correct reagent amounts and timing of reactions.
I'm not overly concerned with lack of ann's just that they get it right , as this has implications for BFS as well if a new reagent is required or mixing process.

Cheers flippa. As always, I appreciate your patient and considered contributions and your knowledge.

In fact, I sometimes think you know more than the company insiders.

However, while appreciating your explanations, it is not a good look for the company to have to extend the timetable 6 times in 6 months. It just makes it look like they are not on top of the tech or the project management aspects - even if they are.

And I don't appreciate the knee-jerk (almost pavlovian) reactions of some of the contributors here who are quick to tear-down anyone who has the temerity to suggest that there may be a problem somewhere.
