From your posts the above is only a smoke screen from the real facts that the BOD did complete the BFS and that the numbers "don't stack" as you have kindly put forward. If this we're the case a huge slap in the fact to sher's and a complete loss of integrity and credibility on the whole management team through the eye's of any investor.
A huge statement on your part and I, as an investor with quite a bit invested with BB, hope that this is definitely NOT the case nor even a figment of the BOD imagination to mislead investors to this degree. Any reference or figures you have obtained to verify your statement through your research would be appreciated and how you concluded a non viable Sconi operation.
