Hugodagg, the offtake agreement (from my understanding) is binding and is completely separate from the option to buy into AUZ. In regards to timing, if SKI have decided to exercise their option I don't think any consideration will be given to Christmas and people being on leave so long as someone is around. They just need to have the funds available and someone (actually more than one) to authorise the payment and someone at this end. This will be timed based on advice from their treasury as to the best time to release the funds. My bet would be (unless there is some other imperative) that this date would be as late as possible. So I expect some time around 31/12 (maybe 28/12).
