Obviously - but how many people ever get to call the bottom and put their money where their mouth is? I'd rather get in early than late as I'm a patient long term investor looking for deep value with a healthy appetite for risk.
All this constantly comes back to this LT vs ST mentality - which is pretty futile to keep going on about TBH.
