Absolute rubbish the uranium bubble has burst. Watch this space. Tell that to the Germans, French, English and where the Indian and Chinese gov are heading. Watch these new gen 4 (3 tier shelled) reactors change public perception with their small size per GWH and efficiencies with just one U238 rod.
All Australia needs is 3 of these to cover current needs moving forward at least 20-30 years (2 east 1 west) and peak base loads are covered. Renewables will do the rest.

Fully agree. As I stated the other day the ES market is behind the EV market but when it catches up...boom. Add to this the growing propulsion market where we have excellent digititalized pure AC wave converters DC to AC with extremely high efficiencies feeding from large banks all with a 10 warranty. (No way we can garrentee this from a gen system) This similar tech is making its way into the commercial and industrial Dedicated/Emmergency Supply chain where slowly I have noticed the use of generator backup has now been overtaken by solar/energy storage coupled with high end large highly efficient and precise inverter units monitoring AC demand needed, DC trickle feeding to battery condition data......and how simple for us engineers to maintain.

Propulsion....NCM are proving excellent energy density
Commercial Standby....NCM with their CCA and House characteristics.
Domestic storage NCM and possibly VRB both for high energy density.
Then we have the EV market which is becoming massive.
