Sound scary people ?......Well it's not really. The World Still needs commodities , and it consequently will still need Projects. Most importantly it will still need jobs which pay workers wages....which in turn Pay Taxes...etc....etc...

So long as the ' Financial System ' doesn't collapse in on itself , there will be plenty of Folk looking for somewhere to park their lending book.

So IMO all this ( the inverted yield curve ) is doing is making our IRR (which many have bagged ) look very very nice indeed. However for me it will be the ' Return on Equity ' which ultimately attracts more investment down the track on this one particular proposal .....being the ( AUZ ) BFS and Final Funding Package......
