IMHO Volume is low because most shareholders and potential entrants are waiting to see if the LG agreement will be sufficient to result in project finance.

Not so long ago the negativity was all AUZ will not get an offtake agreement - BB and the BOD can't deliver

Then AUZ gets a binding agreement from LG - so then the suggestion by some now is that it is no better than the non binding MOU from SKI.

It is a bit of a stretch to say a binding agreement with no further DD indicated as required is no better than a non binding MOU requiring DD - so not a lot of justification for that argument IMHO

Then there is the argument that Sconi is not financially viable / cannot be funded - I find it bizarrely naive that anyone would suggest a company the size of LG would not have fully assessed the project feasibility of Sconi (including an assessment of the nature of output to be supplied, the resource available, financial viability, likelihood of funding being obtained and likelihood of achieving the supply deadlines LG requires) and determined it acceptable - so again not a lot of logical justification for that argument IMHO

No finance is assured and yes it is huge and might not be obtained but as I have stated earlier in a post I am optimistic they will obtain funding, that optimism is supported if for no other reason than my belief that a company the size of LG, that needs the resources AUZ can supply and has established a binding agreement with AU requiring no further DD and also come out very publicly after the release of the announcement in support of the project would not have done so unless they were aware that a funding deal was well advanced.

Time will tell.
