I have at times seen companies announce that they have appointed a merchant bank or the like to represent them in terms of sourcing their funding requirements which I don't recall AUZ doing - with confidentiality agreements usually being part of any negotiations I expect the first shareholders will hear of any funding is if AUZ get a formal offer which they can proceed with.
