Has there been any substantial holder notices since the SKI deal?
There are plenty of specialist small cap fund managers who would have bought into AUZ when the SKI deal was announced. Obviously they looked at it and didn't like what they seen.
I thought Bill did a road show to high light the company? what happened there did any funds get on board from his efforts? All I seen was a query about the claims he was making in the presentations.
For a long term hold one has to take all these factors into account and then add a healthy dose of insurance in the entry price.
I think 6.4c is a reasonable price to enter going on the known facts.
What concerns me is the liquidity problem market wide.
Not just AUZ but a lot of spec stocks are going to get way cheaper.
