There is a lot of discussion on the proposed AUZ share consolidation so i thought I'd post this chart
AUZ has 4.3b SOI
LPD has 6.1b SOI
AUZ in blue line
The management of LPD have stated a few times there will be no share consolidation until the company is in production
With AUZ management flagging a consolidation pre finance, this space is looking very interesting to see which company fairs the best in terms of SP performance.
LPD have stated they are wrapping up offtakes and finance this quarter for the Karibib mine and concentrator.
AUZ have the offtake in the bag and are now greasing the finance partners for a few million $
There are similarities with their development time line, I also see a slight chance the products of both companies can end up in the same batteries
