Reality is not what you think it is. You need to understand that if a sell order is placed, they are generally signalling there is intention to trade. they can play around with the order, break it up, jump in off market etc. But the reality is, someone was (or is) going to sell a slab of shares fairly shortly.
my comment about a future cap raising is just my assessment of the cash burn rate articulated in the latest cashflow report. That's all.
