IMO - The Offtake Agreement(s) is/are subject to simultaneous side by side agreement(s) with funder(s).
Any Offtaker would know there is circa $1.3b cap ex and would want the funders to come to the party as at the same time Offtaker would sign an Agreement. Organizing & co-ordinating something like this everyone would appreciate is not easy and, again IMO its is precisely this issue which is protracting news on an Offtake Agreement.
I am not sure what AUZ can announce on something like this other than making us to wait it out until something does eventuate...hopefully sooner than later.. Who ever the Offttaker is will want to purchase a serious chunk of AUZ so as attain adequate comfort to offer a binding agreement with serious financial support in order to also entice other interested funders/financiers to take the necesary risk on AUZ. Such mutuality will marry all concerned parties to a successful partnership and, "happy days ahead"..
