You don't secure $1 billion without a few leaks and I am almost certain that if funding is in it's final stages of closure we would've seen share price appreciation building up. In my experience watching this company over the last two years there's always been movement in the share price before announcements are made. Couple that with Benjamin always under delivering on time lines and it's pretty obvious to me that any expectations of funding being secured this month is nothing more than wishful thinking.

The trend here is all too familiar with SKI not exercising before the expiry date. people were anxiously waiting until the last minute of the last day hoping it would be confirmed but one had only to look at the stock price to predict what was going to happen.
