Does anyone else think the same :
For an announcement of this magnitude given a deadline of 30 Sept..and just to recap:
- Naif commitment - of say $500m
- Sealing finance - balance of $1.4b
- SKI DD
Leading to:
- unconditional LFA to be in place...
Does anyone else also think that it is a bit too late now to make an ann. that the due date cannot be met....
I mean, if they were going to extend the deadline again...wouldn't one think that it would have been done by now ?
