Always an option I guess. However one always has to ' measure ' the likelihood, and with the Saudi's heavily into the switch into renewable's as well as EV storage , I would see this as unlikely at this point and rather see their continuing ' dump ' of oil in increasing fashion into the markets at this point in the cycle.
Only my opinion of course and we should continue to welcome all opinions for a fully informed forum...
