Agree with you JBS. Im going to ring Sophia tomorrow to double check this, as I also believe this warrants AUZ to comment.
From what I can gather. Previous board of MLM "forgot" to attach any royalties to the sale (their opinion) and the new BOD have realised the bohemoth SCONI is about to become.
It seems to me that AUZ paid good money for the privilege of not paying royalties. Brilliant business on AUZ behalf.
