Was the market wrong at 15c? If the SP goes up or down, was 2.2c wrong? Is the market considered rational in the short-run? Does the market undershoot or overshoot?
If you believe Mr Market is never wrong, there in-lies the problem. You don't understand the Mr Market at all.
