That is an incorrect interpretation of the concept.

What the phrase means is that Mr Market is always contextually right i.e. in the moment. So right now, Mr Market is saying that AUZ is worth 2.2c - based on what the total sum of sellers and buyers are prepared to settle for - Mr Market is correct.

That can change at a moment's notice - either because of real changes or perception/anticipation of changes. So whatever the price Mr Market determines is the correct one in that moment. Whether it goes up or daown from here, Mr Market will continue to be 'always right'.
