The funds will come from borrowing not equity. The equity is in the ground in Nickel & Cobalt also Scandium that’s the equity for the loan. Proven process via demo plant with samples accepted and 100% off take for borrowers guarantees.
Haven’t you been following the news flow via announcements. Does that mob you follow have 7 years off take discussions with a major battery manufacturer in need of security of raw materials?
Also they the Korean Government have recently stated to the big 3 Samsung, LG & SKI go forth and secure raw materials via Government document to support the growing need for the advancement of industries internally to assist the manufacturing industry in Korean and other countries they have invested in.
Is this not obvious to you that the deadline is a precursor to act or others that are fishing for the future materials may be waiting in the shadows and will step up if said date forfeits.
