Easy fix ...
It's estimated the mileage of a Tesla S (2013) fully charged, excluding the 9KWH buffer, in perfect conditions (24 deg c on a flat road at 105KpH) is about 2.4Kg of coal per 100Km. In the real world it's probably closer to 5Kg coal/100Km.
