Your analysis is valuing the blue sky as if it has already been achieved. You have not taken into account the massive dilution that will be required to realise the NPV.
Suggest you research the in situ values of laterite Ni and Co - and how they differ for measured, indicated and inferred resource - and that will give you a much better handle on what the resource is worth.
