Just had a quick read - and on the surface I would think it is a matter between Nornico and Metallic only. Whether Nornico is wound up or the ' Deed ' prepared by Metallica agreed by the creditor's - the $4.5 million and ( AML ) given to Mettalica is the responsibility of Mettalica in remedyin - and not AUZ. Only my opinion based on a quick ' Squiz ' ......
