Well Vintage their momentum is showing no signs of slowing, the latest JV with Eve to supply BAIC/Hyundai China. This fact alone adds to the case for state based assistance as Hyundai, obviously being an important company for Korea stands to benefit from supply chain security by being able to now fulfil its Chinese ev expansion plans.
Many Korean companies future growth could hinge on this security making the perfect scenario for intervention and seems to me an example of why these government bodies exist in the first place.
Having a few hundred million freely available private cash won’t hurt the chain.
