Why can’t you accept they signed it to give Auz a glimmer of hope at trying to get funding, they were no chance without it and SK brought little else to the table since day dot.
I think it was the right thing for them to do given the demo plant etc etc but it still does not mean in anyway they think Auz will get funding and the conditions precedent make it perfectly clear sk has right of passage to do what ever they please no matter what.
