Less likely of theories though IMO. SK would be aware of things like NAIF and the inability for that stuff to be dictated by AUZ.
Would be an extreme manoeuvre for a company (SK) who are currently at in a position where the substance of this arrangement is a hedge. I can't see what they stand to lose by letting the LFA run for a fair while longer.
