Actually one company that I think is worth looking at is Nzuri Copper in DRC. They have JV with Ivanhoe over a number of titles.
If you think cobalt is the space to be in they have a deposit that is 6x the cobalt grade of both AUZ and CLQ with just over half the container metal. And a market cap of 1/5 of AUZ or 1/25 CLQ. Plus they have high grade copper.
When you compare these deposits you can see why it would be easier to start up a low capital expenditure operation with simpler metallurgy. The grade is the winner here, they only have to process 1/6 of the ore that a laterite would win better recoveries.
This is the key here. Eventually market wakes up to the fact that the high grade cobalt operations are in DRC/Zambia and Ontario.
