Doesn't matter to me if you do or don't invest in DRC cobalt. But, personally, I am not interested in waking up one morning and finding out that my mine had been attacked, with all equipment and infrastructure demolished and workers killed--a real possibility with battled-trained Isis diffusing into the region. Oh, by the way, maybe check out the Second Congo War (1989-2002). Again, Tier 1 has nothing to do with any of this.
