There is a possibility that you are correct...
SKI are so worried about losing control over auz that they said let's wait a little longer and see what comes...
or and I'm only guessing auz have asked for longer to try and get finance so SKI don't say no finance for the mine therefore no product therefore not interested...
both plausible but not mutually possible...
