Wonder if Av1has given up the hope of exercising the options. It seems that the sell side has fallen away perhaps allowing the upward movement of the SP. They would want to get the options under written for sure. Without the options being exercised then there is a good chance the next raising well will be well below $.10. So there could be massive dilution coming up which they would hope to avoid. They have 30% of the options themselves but may not be in a position to exercise themselves. We will see.
