I am not sure it would be as simple as whether the price is below/above 10c in the lead up to the exercise date. Regardless of where the retail share price is, you wouldn't be able to buy or sell $5.5mil in shares on the open market. So it would be a question of whether the option holders see value in the underlying business at 10c/share price and whether or not they want an increased stake.
