100% agree - As of end of November - 16million shares remain on Alkasab United- (Main seller of past)
Lets say AVA churns organically approx 700,000 shares per day - there has been 32 trading days since the last 604 - 24/11/2020
So approx 22mil shares have been traded as you would normally expect with no news.
since 25.11.2020 - 39mil shares have been traded in total That leaves-approx 17mil in excess of what you would presume to be normal trading,
I would like to assume that its 16mil of Alkasab but that looks unlikely as there are still some big selling volumes in the order book. I too think that there is defiantly another player reducing their exposure,
Put yourself in the sellers shoe's at some point you need to say no im giving these shares away and its not worth selling unless you hit your quota, at 50c i feel is pretty cheap already, It really depends on how desperate they need to liquidate.
Fundamentally, nothing in this business has changed - its still profitable and showing good organic growth and financial performance.
Anything under.45c is a bargain I cant see it dropping further but then again anythings possible.
