Yeah the sell off makes little sense with that report. I assume a firm wanted out and were offloading prior to the report and then the report came out and they got an even better exit price. It's very unusual to see 3 worsening red candles after a report showing that % of growth YoY.. especially after a 29% rise in the sp in reaction to the report.
