there is nothing here we do not already know but it might put some minds to rest. Three hot topics:


1. Per our recent investor presentation, Aura IQ is looking very good. Further successful POV's have been completed and new ones have commenced. The sales pipeline is very meaningful and the GTM model is very profitable and scalable. (Covid as we know has caused some delays)

2. We have known about the revenue impact of the IMOD project coming to majority completion for some time and have already put in place sales strategies to ensure our revenues continue to grow. Not only do we expect that Aura IQ will contribute very meaningful revenue to FY22, but also will our adjacent market sales of Aura AI-2 and our aftermarket sales programs. In addition, Services Division will continue to perform and contribute growing market share, revenue and profits.

3. The Board and the management team are very much focused on growing the Services Division. In the event of a sale, it would only be on very favourable valuation metrics for Ava and its shareholders.
