I think March 2019 they said theyve received offers and in the perfomance incentives it says management get a chunk of any sale above $5M. Pretty sure the latest statement (or a recent one) added an extension on that performance clause or something.
Looking at it closer today, I think its interesting that many are seeing the higher margins of the tech business v lower margins of service business. But a big chunk of those positive margins are due to imod. Gonna have to deep dive a bit more for sure.
saw some valuations on the service business of around $80M, so not bad for the current sp, but it has been the big growing component like you said. Who knows, maybe they can get >10x multiplier for it.
