    The above info is a very good pick-up on your part. It would appear that AVA Global is a kind of Joint Venture between Maxsec and AVA, with Maxsec getting 67.3% of any profits and the AVA staff getting up to 32.7% of the profits. It also seems as though the intent is to sell the business one day and Maxsec would get 67.3% of the capital profit and AVA staff get the rest. Anyone else have views on this?
