My first thought was should this information have been disclosed from the outset by MSP.

How many ex G4S staff at Ava now? I expected more than 3 employees and two consultants as part of the pooled allocation.

Is CF getting 16.2% of Ava net profit or 16.2% of the 32.7% which equates to near 5% of the Ava profit?

Why did they jump ship in the first place for a risky start up and how would merging with FFT benefit them? Obviously the balance sheet strength and cross selling opportunities but MSP are already selling FFT products and could have strengthened the balance sheet by raising cash from another source.

Does this information suggest Ava is the prize asset even though directors are telling us otherwise?

Would also like to hear other points of view.
