Director sold at 0.47c on 11 July 07 when he could have sold for 0.56c on 13 July. So why?
Maybe he expected it to take a dive after recent placement, or maybe sold for same reason the rest of us buy or sell. I don't read too much into it, as it is his business, so will just record the transactions.
Placement of 8,000,000 fpo at 35c settled 10 July 07.
Director sold 173,700 at 47c 11 July 07.
Closed at 56c 13 July 07 on high volume.
Director still holds 1,000,000 fpo shares and 1,200,000 options.
