I think it is a good interview and well worth listing to.
My understanding of the business has improved and Mal came across OK I thought. Some admission of mistakes and underestimating some of the challenges.
I think their Fibre product is good and they differ from their competitors because they design, manufacture and install whilst the others are more re-sellers. They are therefore fully engaged in the sales process and partly "own" the client. I think they will do well.
My biggest concern is whether it will ever be a big business. Their bread and butter sales are only small and if they service their clients as well as he claims, as sales improve, their margins wont sustain.
Anyway, happy to hang in there for the time being.
