    Mining news carried an article about AVA launching its power brand today in a ceremony attended by the mid-west minister, for its $1bn 400 MW coal fired power plant, 20km south of Eneaba. If a coal fired plant can commit to development, how can ENB be sitting on their hands? I think managements excuse that they are waiting on firm contracts etc is now absolutely ridiculous, a monkey could see whats happening in the mid-west is not going to be reversed. Are these guys stupid?
