Patsy22 I spend half my time in Aus the other half in NZ. Agree with 1 through 3 on your list. In greater Wgtn region properties in middle class suburbs still selling, though if any problems will not sell. Properties in lower socio-economic (ie not owner occupier), close to unsaleable at prevailing prices. Must take large reduction in price to sell, as typical investor is not anticipating capital gains, and is not prepared to pay $200 per week to have their name on the property title.
