    Regarding Resolution 7:
    If ELM needs equity we can undertake a rights issue which would not dilute any shareholder that chose to participate whilst ensuring any new entrants to our asset were required to buy their shares on market.
    As Anatol says; we have a unique asset that needs no corporate finance "guru" to market!!!
    We don't need Stalker and his TSX listing!
