We appreciate your interest.
Anatol and I are working on the most effective strategy to communicate this story to the minority shareholders.
At this stage we are thinking of creating a wiki and providing the link and access codes via this forum.
We feel it will be better to set up one information site so many can access and then come back with questions.
If we start engaging individually we will get overwhelmed by communications.
We are thinking at this stage that Anatol will run with the email communications via a distribution list.

We will bombarding this forum and others with as much information as possible to allow everyone to make an informed decision about this vital vote on May 18.
